On-line seminar on the openness and transparency of the representative bodies of local self-government to take place in Yabloko

An on-line seminar for deputies of local self-government bodies and civil activists will be held in Yabloko’s Moscow office on Wednesday, September 26, at 19:00 (Moscow time). The organiser is the Centre for New Municipal Policies.
The topic of the seminar is “Openness and Transparency in the Activities of a Representative Body of Local Self-Government”.
The seminar will deal with the criteria for openness and transparency of the activities of local self-government bodies, organisation of regular and extraordinary meetings of local deputies, as well as the opportunities for citizens to attend such meetings.
