After that he was charged with Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code of the RF (Failure to Follow a Lawfull Order of Police), although he did not offer resistance. Golovin’s lawyer requires a video recording (from a parking lot situated nearby) but his claims are being dismissed.
Inga told Sergei Menzheritsky, Chairman of the “Public Beach” organisation and YABLOKO member, what has happened. For years Menzheritsky and Sergei Mitrokhin have been fighting for free access to the beaches for the citizen.
Sergei Mitrokhin claims that a sentence to Dmitry Golovin is unlawful and he must be released immediately.
