Violations on the second day of voting. Yabloko candidate attacked, observer loses consciousness during detention, voters coerced into electronic voting

The second day of three-day voting in the elections to the State Duma of the 9th convocation, as well as to regional parliaments and municipal councils in a number of constituent entities of the Russian Federation, has ended.
A hotline for observers and voters is operating on the Yabloko website throughout the voting period. During the second day, the regions reported an attack on a candidate, observers being detained and denied access, discrepancies in turnout data, the possible opening of safes containing ballot papers and voters being coerced into electronic voting.
Yabloko representatives are logging incoming appeals and sending complaints to electoral commissions and law enforcement agencies.
