Yabloko programme for 14 September 2025 elections in the Novgorod region

Novgorod Yabloko published its programme for the regional and local elections in the Novgorod Region due on 14 September 2025.
The Novgorod branch of the party states that Yabloko is participating in the elections in order to achieve the following goals:
– peace and ceasefire agreement with Ukraine;
– observation of human rights;
– release of political prisoners and cessation of repression;
– competition in politics and economy;
– equal opportunities;
– inviolability of private property and protection of personal privacy.
Novgorod Yabloko also outlines ten key aims: to improve the economy in the region and provide more social guarantees and protection to residents, improve healthcare and education, protect the environment, fight against corruption, as well as return the two-tier local self-government system and direct elections of the Novgorod mayor and district heads.
