Yabloko in Nizhny Novgorod has nominated candidates for City Duma elections

The party’s key political demand in the elections remains peace and freedom, and an immediate ceasefire agreement. Such political slogans will be voiced in electoral constituencies No. 25 and 26 in Nizhny Novgorod, where Yabloko candidates are being nominated. For registration in the elections, Yabloko candidates must collect 140 signatures each from city residents in support of their nomination by 29 July.
The candidate in electoral constituency No. 25 is Ivan Averin, a student at the Dzerzhinsky Chemical College.
The candidate in constituency No. 26 is Yan Kondratenko, a service engineer of railway construction machines and mechanisms.
Nizhny Novgorod Yabloko calls its supporters to help candidates for Peace and Freedom in collecting signatures and campaigning.
Elections in Nizhny Novgorod will take place on 14 September.
