Kaliningrad Yabloko nominated Anna Shteinbach as a candidate for deputy of the Zelenograd Urban District Council. She will run in single-mandate constituency No. 14, which includes Zaostrovye and nearby villages. The candidate’s election campaign will be held under the general party slogan “For Peace and Freedom! For the Ceasefire Agreement!”

Anna Shteinbach is a Yabloko member, Deputy Chair of the regional Yabloko branch, and a specialist in logistics. Since 2020, she has been a member of the territorial electoral commission with the right to vote.

“It is a great honor for me to represent our team in these elections. I am grateful for the trust and am ready to work honestly, to the point, and for the benefit of local residents. I will try to present our programme with dignity and speak openly about what is important to us, including the need for a ceasefire and peaceful politics,” the candidate noted.

Chairman of the regional branch of the party Alexander Lisovsky:

“Anna is my Deputy Chair, a decisive and courageous person. She lives in her district and understands well how her neighbours live. We are nominating her for a district that can be considered a model one — here, as if under a magnifying glass, everything that the residents of the region are faced with is visible: problems with development, transport, and environment. That is why it is important that the voice of a political alternative is heard here.”

Kaliningrad Yabloko is launching a campaign for local self-government, respect for people and the right to peaceful politics and asks all sharing the party values for support.
