The personal page of another Yabloko member, Ruslan Zinatullin, Chairman of the Yabloko branch in Tatarstan, has been blocked on the Vkontakte social media. Access to the page is limited at the request of the Public Prosecutor General’s Office on 5 October, it can only be accessed via a VPN.

Earlier, the Public Prosecutor General’s Office, blocked the pages on VKontakte of members of the Federal Political Committee of Yabloko Emilia Slabunova and Lev Shlosberg, Yabloko Deputy Chairman Boris Vishnevsky, head of the Novgorod branch of Yabloko Anna Cherepanova, as well as the channel on Yandex.Zen of Alexander Kudelkin, a Yabaloko candidate for State Duma from Yekaterinburg, and the regional site of the Altai branch of Yabloko.

At the same time, Roskomnadzor, the Russian watchdog for supervision of communications, information technology and mass media, failed to indicated what “inaccurate” materials caused the blockings of the the pages of Yabloko members. Roskomnadzor also failed to explain it in the Petrozavodsk City Court, where Emilia Slabunova filed a complaint on the blockings and inaction of Roskomnadzor.
