The Ryazan branch of Yabloko appealed to the Public Prosecutor’s Office in connection with the officials’ acceptance of non-implemented landscaping works in Kasimov
Press Release, 11.01.2021
The Ryazan branch of the Yabloko party appealed to regional Public Prosecutor Ivan Panchenko in connection with the fact that on December 7, as follows from the documents posted on the Public Procurement Portal, officials signed an acceptance certificate (signed by Vladimir Lusenkov, an employee of the Kasimov city administration) for the works that had to be performed in the city garden in the city of Kasimov. The contractor was the UK Uyutny Dom company. The act contains a handwritten note stating that “the scope of works has been completed in full in accordance with the costs stated in the pro forma invoice”.
However, as of December 24, the landscaping works in the city garden were not completed, which was recorded on the video by Kasimov activists. The Ryazan branch of Yabloko asks the Public Prosecutor to check the legality of signing the act of works that were not completed and making payment to the contractor.
At the same time, the deadline for the implementation of the works, according to the contract, was December 4 (whereas the terms of reference for the contract specify the period until November 15).
