The Electoral Commission of the Novgorod Region recognised Ksenia Cherepanova as a candidate affiliated with a foreign agent organisation.
The organisation Ksenia Cherepanova is associated with is the Golos electoral rights movement. Before the elections, this movement was recognized a “foreign agent”. Ksenia Cherepanova was the Chair of the Novgorod branch of Golos, but due to participation in the elections, she suspended her participation in the movement.

The future deputies from the Yabloko party in the new convocation of the State Duma will give up all their privileges and transfer over 75% of their salaries to orphanages and charitable foundations. This was stated by Nikolai Rybakov, Yabloko Chairman and Yabloko’s top candidate on the Yabloko list of candidates in the elections to the State Duma, at a press conference in Interfax.

The Pervomaisky District Court of Rostov-on-Don imposed five days of administrative arrest for Bella Nasibyan, a Yabloko activist. The reason was the stories on Instagram, with accidental picturing of a sticker of a Alexei Navalny’s Smart Voting project. It should be noted that Yabloko does not support the Smart Voting strategy and considers it harmful, since the three parliamentary parties, whose candidates Smart Voting often offer to support, are no different from the ruling United Russia and they all vote together with United Russia in the State Duma for the most odious bills.
Nasibyan participates in the election campaign of Alexander Ryabchuk, a Yabloko candidate for the State Duma. She shot a story for her Instagram, where she showed the candidate’s campaign poster. A “Smart Voting” sticker hanging next to it accidentally got into the frame. Because of this story, Center E (Centre for Countering Extremism ) initiated an administrative case.

The Kemerovo Regional Court removed Galina Filchenko, the Yabloko candidate in the Prokopyevsky District (the Kemerovo Region), from the elections to the State Duma for her alleged links with an “extremist” organisation. This time the lawsuit was filed by the representative of the Green Party Yelena Matveyeva. Matveyeva’s demands were also supported by representatives of the regional Public Prosecutor’s Office and the electoral commission.

In one day we managed to visit two cities of the Arkhangelsk region – Severodvinsk and Arkhangelsk.
In Severodvinsk, we checked the indicators of water pollution in the White Sea on the city beach Yagry. The device showed a two-fold excess of the maximum permissible pollution. Alas, not only this water is not fit for drinking, but it is also it is undesirable to swim in it. This can lead to the ingestion of, for example, intestinal viruses into the human body, and lead to serious health consequences.

A new lawsuit was filed against Galina Filchenko, a candidate for State Duma deputy from the Yabloko party in the Prokopyevsky single-mandate district (the Kemerovo region), so that to withdraw her from the elections. This time her rival from the Green party Yelena Matveyeva intends to prove Filchenko’s connection with the “extremists”. Earlier, a similar claim was filed by the Communist Party candidate Ivan Utrobin.

Ivan Efimov, Deputy Chairman of Territorial Electoral Commission No. 27 from the ruling United Russia party, called the police to volunteer of the campaign of Dmitry Khorzov, Yabloko candidate for the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg, and virtually broke up the campaigning. According to Efimov, the campaign’s roll-up violates the law on rallies. Activists of the St.Petersburg branch of Yabloko believe that Efimov was acting in the interests of the candidate for the Legislative Assembly from United Russia, Alexei Makarov, who is running in the same constituency as Khorzov.

Territorial Electoral Commission No. 18 finally registered Yabloko’s Ksenia Mikhailova in the elections to the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg. The electoral commission had to register Mikhailova after two refusals: 11 members of the commission out of 12 present voted for the registration. Soon Ksenia Mikhailova will receive a certificate of a candidate for deputies of the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg in single-mandate constituency No. 3 (Petrogradskiy district) from the Yabloko party.
