Pskov autonomous non-profit organisation “Centre of Social Projects “Renaissance” will shortly appeal in court against being enlisted in the register of “foreign agents”. This was reported to Novaya Gazeta by Lev Shlossberg, head of the autonomous non-profit organisation, MP in Pskov, leader of the local branch of the YABLOKO party and Editor-in-Chief of the Pskovskaya Guberniya (the Province of Pskov) newspaper. The decision on the recognition of the Centre of Social Projects “Renaissance” was adopted by the Ministry of Justice on the eve of New Year holidays – on December 30. Read more »

What has been happening to Alexei Navalny once again clearly demonstrates the selective nature of the Russian justice system and its absolute abidance with political manipulation. Those taking such decisions consider people mere figure-heads and appropriated the right to dispose of their destinies in order to implement shameful political technologies: one type today and some other tomorrow. Their tools are punitive justice and blackmail and they are absolutely indifferent to the attitude of the society to continuous lies and propaganda. At present Russia faces two threats: a war and an economic collapse, said YABLOKO founder Grigory Yavlinsky. Speaking at the Federal Council of the YABLOKO party on Saturday, he proposed a programme of countermeasures.
