Vologda branch of Yabloko proposes a referendum on the return of direct mayoral election
Press release, 24.11.2017 The regional council of the Vologda branch of Yabloko founded an initiative group on conducting a referendum in the return if direct mayoral election in the Vologda Region. The request was sent to regional electoral commission on 22 November, 2017.
