Mitrokhin demanded from prosecutor’s office to punish the guilty of beating deputy Elena Tkach
Press Release, October 17, 2013 Municipal deputy Elena Tkach was beaten during the public hearings on the construction of a new shopping mall in the centre of Moscow and pulling down the two apartment blocks at number 13 and 15 Bolshoy Kozikhinsky Lane in connection with that. The incident was recorded on a video.

Statement by the YABLOKO party October 9, 2013 On October 8 Zamoskvoretskiy City Court, Moscow, ruled out that Mikhail Kosenko, one of the defendants of the Bolotnaya Square rally case must undergo [psychiatric] compulsory treatment.
