Press release, 22.12.2015 Today the Tambov regional court has made the decision to commute the sentence to Evgeny Vitishko, environmentalist and YABLOKO member. Imprisonment was replaced with custodial restraint according to the place of Vitishko’s residence, which means he will return home and stay their until the end of the detention period under supervision.

Press release, 01.08.2015 The Kirsanovsky district court of the Tambov region refused to release environmentalist Evgeny Vitishko on parole. Earlier Vitishko’s lawyer Sergei Loktev filed a motion suggesting that Vitishko should be released on parole as having served most of his imprisonment term. The defense plans to appeal against the decision.
