The judge watched the video of detention of YABLOKOs activist by the State Duma

On July 21 Judge Olga Borovkova during the hearings of Artur Grokhovskys case watched the video of detention of Artur Grokhovsky, Advisor to YABLOKOs Chairman. Grokhovsky is accused of disobeying a lawful demand of the police during the action against broadening of secret services proxies held by the State Duma on July 9. Grokhovsky is facing admoinsitrative arrest up to 15 days.

Policemen who had detained Grokhovsky and were summoned to the court did not come. The judge listened to Grokhovskys evidence. According to Grokhovsky, the policemen neither had given their names nor had explained their actions and had neglected his demand to show their police identity cards.

The next meeting will take place on July 22.
