Russian.
Higher education - graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University,
economist. Candidate of Economics.
1976-1981- student at the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
1981-1984 – postgraduate at the Chair of Political Economy of
the Economic Faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
1985-1990 – junior researcher, assistant professor at the Chair
of Political Economy, senior lecturer – department head, the economic
faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University
1994-1996 – senior expert of the apparatus of the State Commission
of the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR for Economic Reform,
Moscow.
1993-1999 -Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of
the Russian Federation of the first and second convocations. Member
of the Yabloko faction.
Prior to election to the State Duma, was a leading researcher
at the Center for Economic and Political Research (EPIcenter).
On December 19, 1999, elected Deputy of the State Duma of the
Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the third convocation.
On the federal electoral district (Yabloko list). Member of the
State Duma Committee for Information Policy.
Deputy Head on organisational issues of the Yabloko faction in
the State Duma.
Member of the Council of the Yabloko faction.
Since January 1996 – Deputy Head of the Chairman of the Public
Association Yabloko.
Chairman of the Moscow Yabloko.
