The Congress of the Russian Democratic Party YABLOKO considers
the creation of a democratic coalition with other democratic parties and
movements to be a reasonable and timely initiative. The Congress delegates
Vladimir Lukin, Alexei
Arbatov, Igor Artemyev,
Boris Misnik, Sergei
Mitrokhin and Victor Sheinis
to work on the joint democratic council. The Congress commissions the Presidium of the Bureau of the Federal Council of the party to change
and clarify the participants [in the joint democratic council].
