On May 1 YABLOKO will conduct the March of Changes. “Russia
has been plunging deeper into the mash of corruption and stagnation.
The President has been speaking about modernisation, however
these are only words. The country requires real changes, not
words!” run YABLOKO’s leaflets distributed among Muscovites.
The participants of the march will gather by the Maly Theatre
and will march along Teatralny Proyezd to the Lubyanka Square.
A rally will take place by the Solovetsky Stone at the Lubyanka
Square.
YABLOKO’s leaders and renown human rights activists, including
Ludmila Alexeyeva, head of the Moscow Helsinki Group, will
speak at the rally.
The participants of the action also will get a budge with
an inscription “I want changes!” against the background of
the Russian flag.
The march will begin at 10:30 from the Maly Theatre to the
Lubyanka Square. A concert will take place after the rally.
