would like to offer here my heartfelt condolences to the relatives
and next-of-kin of the victims of the Nevsky Express railroad
disaster. I also hope that all the injured may make a rapid
recovery.
I hope that the Russian Government will take all necessary
measures to help the survivors and will also perform a complete
and comprehensive investigation of the disaster.
