Grigory Yavlinsky, YABLOKO leader and head of the YABLOKO
faction in St.Petersburg Legislative Assembly, proposed to
St.Petersburg Legislative Assembly to create a commission
for investigation of election fraud at parliamentary elections
of December 4, 2011.
19 deputies out of 50 voted for this proposal. The United
Russia and the LDPR factions did not participate in the voting.
Thus, the decision on creation of such a commission failed.
