At December 4 elections the authorities engaged in a mass-scale fraud with votes rigging the results of the election. Facts when one and the same person voted several times, stuffing of ballots [in favour of the ruling party], falsifying of final protocols and mass-scale ousting of observers from the polling stations – all this was taking place openly in front of the Russian citizens.

THE ELECTIONS WERE UNFAIL

THE RIULING PARTY STOLE OUR VOTES

WE DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE RESULTS OF THESE ELETIONS

WE REFUSE TO GIVE OUR TRUST TO THE UNITED RUSSIA PARTY AND ITS LEADERS VLADIMIR PUTIN AND DMITRY MEDVEDEV

2) NEW ELECTIONS TO THE STATE DUMA

3) DISMISSAL OF VLADIMIR CHOROV, [HEAD OF THE CENTRAL ELECTORAL COMMISSION];

4) DISSOLUTION OF THE VERTICAL STRUCTURE OF ELECTORAL COMMISSIONS AND FORMATION OF NEW COMMISSION BASING ON THE PRINCIPLE: ONE PARTY – ONE ELECTORAL COMMISSION MEMBER;

5) ALL THE FALSIFIERS SHOULD BEAR CRIMINAL LIABILITY

LET US PROVE THAT WE ARE THE CITIZENS OF THE COUNTRY AND THEN THE AUTHORITIES WILL TAKE OUR OPINION INTO ACCOUNT!
