and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Japan in the Russian Federation
Mr. Masaharu Kono in view of disaster in Japan:

send our deepest condolences to the Japanese nation in connection
with the ordeal caused by a natural calamity. We are sharing
with you the immense pain of your grief.
Your national self-control, courage, orderliness, the ability
to meet all the challenges with dignity lead not only to respect
and admiration, but also the confidence that your people will
be able to restore the living standards typical for you.
We commiserate with those who lost their loved ones in this
tragedy, who does not know the fate of their relatives and
friends. We have confidence in your courage and patience.
