| The Office of the Public Prosecutor General and the Federal
Security Service withdrew documents and electronic carriers of information
connected with the election campaign and in property of the YABLOKO party.
The officers from the Federal Security Service and prosecutors in violation
of the law impeded the exit to the deputies of the State Duma from the
YABLOKO faction Sergei Mitrokhin
and Alexei Melnikov from
the searched building.
Unlawful withdrawal of the documents of the YABLOKO party took place
during
the search in the Agency for Strategic Communications which performs in
accordance with the agreement political consulting of YABLOKO's election
campaign.
Right after the beginning of the search the heads of the Public Prosecutor
General Office were notified that the confiscated documents are in property
of the YABLOKO party and their confiscation hinders YABLOKO's election
campaign.
The notification was neglected.
The Russian Democratic Party YABLOKO considers all these developments
a
serious violation of the law and demands explanations.
