MOSCOW. Dec 23 (Interfax) - Yabloko leader Grigory
Yavlinsky has named
the politicians who, in his opinion, have no role to play in the
democratic coalition.
"These are members of the Union of Right-Wing Forces, people
we
cannot cooperate with on a matter of principle, such as Anatoly
Chubais
and Sergei Kiriyenko," Yavlinsky said at a press conference
at the
Interfax central office on Monday.
However, "cooperation with Irina Khakamada and, to a large
extent,
with Boris Nemtsov is quite acceptable" for Yabloko, he noted.
The Yabloko Federal Council, which convened in Moscow Region
on
Sunday, had not considered the possible forms of a coalition for
the
future parliamentary election,s Yavlinsky said. It did not rule
out,
however, a coalition with a political organization, "up to
a joint list
of candidates," and a coalition with a non-political organization.
At the same time, the Yabloko leader opposed any exaggeration
of
coalition ideas. He said that he felt like a runner asked which
runners
on the other track is his ally.
"Everyone takes their own track, and the election starts.
Everyone
is running their own distance and wants to be first. We will think
about unification when we get into the Duma," Yavlinsky added.
