| The electoral chaos plays into the hands of
the powers that want to do away with elections, establish a police
state in Russia and directly appoint their criminal contacts and
embezllers. They would use this system to continue trampling on
people and them, depriving them of their voting rights.
The electoral disruption demonstrates that the present authorities
are simply unable to function within the framework of their Constitution.
Those accountable for the electoral disruption, including candidates,
their staff and members of electoral commissions at different
levels, should be identified and punished.
