Grigory Yavlinsky will take part in the fourth
annual meeting of the Baltic Development Forum. The Forum will
be held in Copenhagen and is entitled "New Bridges Between
the Baltic States: Prospects and Strategies of the Centre of Growth
in Europe".
Yavlinsky will make a speech on October 14. His speech will
be devoted to the prospects of integration of Russia's economy
into Europe. In addition, the leader of YABLOKO party will focus
special attention on ways of resolving the problem of Kaliningrad
Region, in particular the proposal to introduce a visa-free regime
for Russian citizens in Europe.
On October 23 the YABLOKO party will hold an action to support a visa-free
regime in front of the representation of the European Union in Moscow.
Prime Minister of Denmark and current President of the Council of Europe
Andres Fogh Rasmussen, President of Latvia Vira Vike-Freiberga, Prime
Minister of Finland Paavo Lipponen, President of Poland Alexander Kwasniewski
and others will participate in the summit.
