YABLOKO�s leader Sergei Mitrokhin: The Treaty on the Black Sea Fleet forms a basis for long-term cooperation between Russia and Ukraine

�I think that this treaty is useful and profitable for both the countries. This is a step forward towards integration creating a basis for further long-term cooperation,� YABLOKO�s leader Sergei Mitrokhin told to Interfax on Tuesday.

However, considering the fact that Russia simultaneously lowered gas price for Ukraine by 30 per cent, Mitrokhin noted that this was �a high price paid by Russia�.
