A wonderful journalist, a really powerful, strong and wise man died.
The life and fate of Alexander Bovin demonstrate that it is impossible
to teach man to be free - you can only be born free. He lived the life
of a free man and no public or professional conventions could impede him.
On the contrary he broadened the framework of understanding the people
of the world and the life and power of mankind.
Bovin's articles, his television archives, his books - all this will
stay with us. It is a valuable heritage for journalists, but his personal
charm and power of his spirit are gone forever.
We are mourning the death of Alexander Bovin together with his family,
his friends and colleagues.
