| Chairman of Sverdlovsk regional branch of the Russian
Democratic Party YABLOKO Yuri Kuznetsov has proposed himself as candidate
for the [by-elections]of deputies of the State Duma in Verkh-Isetskiy
single-mandate electoral district No 162.
This information was received from the regional electoral commission.
Kuznetsov will run as YABLOKO's candidate at the by-elections to the State
Duma in Verkh-Isetskiy electoral district. Now Yuri Kuznetsov will either
have to submit an election deposit to participate in the by-election to
the lower chamber of the Russian parliament or collect signatures in support
of his candidacy, writes "Oblastnaya Gazeta" Ekaterinburg. Yuri
Kuznetsov is the fourth candidate to the State Duma in this district.
According to "Severinform," earlier the regional electoral commission
had registered Nikolai Murzin, Eugeni Zyablitsev and Alexender Ryzhkov
as candidates to the lower chamber of the Russian parliament from Verkh-Isetskiy
electoral district.
