Grigory Yavlinsky, Head of the YABLOKO faction of the State Duma: "YABLOKO does not set itself the goal of removing the Cabinet as a task in its election campaign policies. We proceed from the premise that we have our 72 [regional] branches and many of them pressed us on this issue, as numerous people are extremely dissatisfied with the failure to resolve many issues. And the Cabinet has never accounted for a single issue for the past three years.
