YABLOKO’s candidates Nikolai Kartzev, farmer and chair of
the local YABLOKO branch in the Kursk district, and Alexander
Noyev, school teacher, chair of the local party branch in
Budyonnovsky district and member of the Council and Bureau
of the regional branch of YABLOKO, won a clear-cut victory
at municipal elections on October 10, 2010.
