On September 3 (at 1 p.m.) the delegation of the Russian
United Democratic Party YABLOKO will lay flowers to the memorial
of victims of the Beslan tragedy.
Six years ago on September 1, terrorists seized school No
1 in Beslan, North Ossetia, with all schoolchildren, teachers
and parents present at the ceremony of the beginning of the
school year. The act of terror took the lives of 330 people
(including 186 children). Over 700 people were injured.
A minute of silence will be held at 1.05 p.m., when six years
ago the first explosion in the school No 1 in Beslan, took
place. After the minute of silence 330 air balloons will be
launched in the air in memory of the victims.
The ceremony will take place at the address: Moscow, Solyanka
5/2.
