YABLOKO’s leader Sergei Mitrokhin demanded from Public
Prosecutor to file a criminal case against Alexander Semchenko,
head of the Teplotekhnik company felling tries in Khimki Forest.
In his interview to Komsomolskaya Pravda paper Semchenko told
that he had organised an attack of football fans on the defenders
of the forest.
Semchenko also admitted that he had employed a group of persons
for provocations against ecologists and other citizens.
“Thus Akexander Semchenko admitted that he had purposefully
organised and provoked an attack against the ecologists’ camp,
i.e. acted as organizer in producing harm to two or more persons,”
runs Mitrokhin’s application. This deed as qualified as crime
in accordance with Articles 34, 112, 115 and 116 of the Criminal
Code of the RF.
Sergei Mitrokhin demands from the Public Prosecutor to conduct
an audit on the facts published in the media and find out
what private security companies were employed by Semchenko,
as well as file a criminal case against Semchenko and other
persons who participated in the attack against ecologists.
