The upcoming elections in autumn 2010”. The event will be held at the Higher School of Economics from 09:30 to 10:40. After picketing Sergei Mitrokhin and Acad. Alexei Yablokov will participate in a roundtable discussion, where they will discuss with environmentalists the problem of the Cheboksary reservoir. The roundtable will be held at the Higher School of Economics, from 13:00 to 15:00.
