A rally “For Installing Order in the Housing and Utilities
Sector” will take place in Yaroslavl on Saturday, April 24.
YABLOKO’s leader Sergei Mitrokhin will participate in the
rally.
The population of Yaroslavl is outraged by unprecedented
growth of tariffs on utilities set by monopolists – Yaroslavl
Sbit Company.
“I am planning to forward an address to Prime Minister Vladimir
Putin on the results of the rally with a demand to install
order in calculating payment tariffs for utilities,” Mitrokhin
said.
The rally will begin at 12:00 at the Yunost square.
