A rally �For Installing Order in the Housing and Utilities
Sector� will take place in Yaroslavl on Saturday, April 24.
YABLOKO�s leader Sergei Mitrokhin will participate in the
rally.
The population of Yaroslavl is outraged by unprecedented
growth of tariffs on utilities set by monopolists � Yaroslavl
Sbit Company.
�I am planning to forward an address to Prime Minister Vladimir
Putin on the results of the rally with a demand to install
order in calculating payment tariffs for utilities,� Mitrokhin
said.
The rally will begin at 12:00 at the Yunost square.
